Is there a minimum number of products to order each time?
Initial orders have a minimum of 35 pieces. With that, you receive a double tower display stand, gauze bags, batteries and a jeweller’s knife. Successive orders are a minimum of 25 pieces.
Do I have to pay freight?
We charge a nominal amount on postage.
How do I place orders?
You can always do this by phone or by email. We are happy to take phone calls during business hours [eastern standard time].
What happens if I have faulty stock?
All our stock is guaranteed so if you have any faulty products, let us know and we will either replace, or exchange. We usually wait until you place an order and we will replace the stock and include a pre-paid postal satchel so you can send the faulty stock back.
What happens if I have stock which I’ve had for a while and it doesn’t sell?
Again, as with faulty stock we will exchange at no cost to you, stock which has been slow to sell. We will send a pre-paid postal satchel for you to send the returns back to us. Again we usually do this when we send you your next order. Returned product must be in the same condition as you received it and not dirty or obviously used and where appropriate, still in the cellophane wrapper.
